Would recommend and would stay again if a party of 2 or 1. Very friendly, responsive and really thoughtful about amenities travelers would need for their visit to Bahamas. There were beach towels available and umbrellas for traveler use. Thank you for that.

A great location, close to beach restaurants and grocery store. Very clean unit fully equipped with all necessary kitchen items. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. Easy to take public transportation to downtown Nassau.

I enjoyed my stay with the wonderful hosts. The space had plenty of room to move around and everything I needed to cook and feel very comfortable. The space was very clean. Wonderful air conditioning. Walkable area near restaurants, the grocery and cable beach. My favorite part was the little porch where I would sit with a friend and have an evening cocktail. I’ll stay here again!

Our stay at Kestrel was awesome, with lovely hosts ♥︎. The place is great, cozy, and has plenty of amenities. Everything was super clean and tidy. There was a manual that helped us with many questions, such as car rentals, restaurants, and more. We felt right at home. We had a lovely week with Annick and her husband, they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was quiet and we were able to relax very well. We had a great time at Annick's, the AirBnB is designed with a lot of love. The location is great and you have everything you need nearby. Downtown is very easy to get to by local bus. Annick was very helpful and always available :)

My friend and I loved our stay at Annick's place! Location near the beach was wonderful, and the place was clean and had everything we needed! we also worked part of the time and wifi was reliable. definitely would recommend!

We stayed for a week, the apartment is very comfortable, practical, in a good location and fully equipped. We didn't need to rent a car, as it's 2 blocks from the bus stop that took us to downtown or different beaches. The hosts were always available when we needed them. If we go back to Nasau, we will definitely stay here again. Great value for money. We highly recommend them!

The place was one of the most comfortable I've ever visited.
Everything was available and the apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail. Cable Beach is only a 5-minute walk away! The area is very quiet and the hostess gave us a very good feeling with her friendly manner. All around are some restaurants and also a supermarket, which is also within walking distance. Absolute recommendation.
