A  Kwikset keypad makes checking-in a breeze. Guests' safety is assured by a well-illuminated entrance and the installation of carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher. Private parking is available next to the staircase leading to the apartment.

The coastal-themed decorated bedroom consists of a comfortable queen-size bed with side tables, two armchairs, a closet with hangers at the top with middle drawers and large cubicles at the bottom, a chest of drawers, a workstation with a chair,  and a smart HD Fire TV.  In the Amenities closet, guests are supplied with extra linen and towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and blanket, iron and ironing board, First-Aid kit, grocery and laundry bags, regular umbrellas, and extra luggage rack. A washing machine and dryer are available. Two six-outlet power strips with 4 USB ports, placed at the bed head will accommodate devices from the US, UK, EU, and most power adapters. A colorful, large area rug adds comfort to the feet.
